Now go to the Tools tab and click the Optimize and Defragment Drive. After that, an Optimize Drive dialogue box will appear, you will get two options; Analyze and Optimize. First, optimize your drive and then Analyze it. Once you are done with all these steps, your hard drive will be defragmented.
