Whenever you try to install NET Framework on your Windows 10 operating system then you might face the error “Windows Couldn’t Complete the Requested Changes” along with error code 0x80070002. In several cases, you can face error notification when you want to run a particular application or program that requires “NET Framework 3.5.”


In several cases, you launch the “Control Panel” select Program & features and then tap on Windows features off and then try to turn on .NET Framework. How to Fix Error Code 0x80070002

◾Run sfc/scannow

◾Use .NET Framework from installation media

◾Checking new updates

◾Perform clean boot


1) Run sfc/scannow


Here are the steps to follow:


1.Tap Windows + X to open the start menu and then type “cmd” in the search bar.

2.Tap on the desktop application and then open the administrator.

3.In the command prompt, type “sfc /scannow” and then hit the “Enter” button on your keyboard.

4.The above procedure may take a few minutes to detect the issue to repair with system reference and registry files.


Now you need to reboot your operating system. If you get another error notification that the saying system does not complete the change and procedure will be failed. Then you need another method to fix the issue.


2) Use .NET Framework from installation media


Here are the steps to follow:


1.Tap Windows + X to open the start menu and then type “cmd” in the search bar.

2.Tap on the desktop application and then open the administrator.

3.In the command prompt, type “DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName: NetFx3 /All.” Then, hit the “Enter” button on your keyboard.

4.Alternatively, you can use another command “DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /Source:[drive_letter]:sourcessxs /LimitAccess.”


3) Checking New Updates


Here are the steps to follow:


1.Tap Windows + X to open the start menu and then type “Updates” in the search bar. 2.Tap on “Check for Updates.”

3.Here you need to wait until your procedure finishes and reboot your operating system.

4.Now try to turn on your desire option and see it works.

5.Alternatively, you can also run “windows updates troubleshooter under the Troubleshoot menu.


4) Perform clean boot


Here are the steps to follow:


1.Tap Windows + X to open the start menu and then type “System Configuration” in the search bar and tap on “Run as Administrator.”

2.In the “service” button, tap “Hide” entire Microsoft services, and then tap on “Disable all.”

3.In the “Startup” button, launch Task Manager and then tap on “Disable” all items. 4.Now close task manager and then tap o0n “OK” under the system configuration windows.


Now you have to restart your operating system, and then you can enable features that you wish. After that, you can set your operating system to boot normally by launching a system configuration that you have done in previous steps. To do so, tap on the “General” button and check “Normal startup” and then tap “OK.”
